Reminiscing about my travels Part 2

This was my second trip to Asia this time I went and explored South Thailand with my friend Sarah, this was a fair few years ago in 2013, honestly where does the time go! We went for two weeks. This place is so picture perfect it is honestly so beautiful I have a lot more pictures but didnt want it to become too boring for you all, so here you are just a few snaps.

This was south Thailand in 2013 (So long ago sobs) with my friend Sarah, We went for two weeks and went all around the islands we did a little snorkelling, kayaking, going in caves, climbing up a mountin of bloody stairs as we though there was ice cream at the top, onlt to find once we got up there, NOTHING! although the view was insane.

As soon as we landed we couldn't wait t get to the beach and to start snapping away.

This climb wasnt easy I was dripping with sweat(Sexy I know) after reaching the top haha I was distraught to find no ice-cream ha! But like I say I couldnt complain about the view.

I miss it so much I really need to go back soon!

Reminiscing about my travels Part 1

It seems so long ago now but when I was young free and living with my mum, I had the luxuary of all my money to myself which was amazing. I was extremely lucky to go on amazing holidays. However since becoming a grown up and having to pay for all grown up things, being able to travel has sadly made it to the bottom of my list. But I really want this to change. To spur me on to save for a holiday for myself and the boys, here a few pictures of me traveling around many moons ago. This was my first time in Asia which I went by myself I went for three months and taught english for the first part then travelled through Bangkok then all up Northan Thailand. I met the most amazing people and even celebrated my 21st out there.

Such cute children I wanted to take them all home!

This was my 21st Hattie who I met out there got me a cake with my face on ha! I recieved flowers and cards from the children at school, have to say was the best birthday ever!

This picture cracks me up every time haha!!!!

Life Lately

Life has been pretty busy in the Box household at the moment with both myself and Mikes having our end of year exams coming up as well as juggling two jobs. We always need a little escape so to de-stress and get away from our laptops, we head to our favourite place beachy head I feel so lucky to have this on our door step. Now the suns shining it really has lifted our spirits. So goodbye to the cold wintery months, hello sunshine and to an awesome fun filled summer with my favourite boys.

Me and my beautiful fur baby

We also had some celebrating to do for this little munchkin as we celebrated his first birthday, I just couldn't resist making a huge fuss of him. We made him a doggy friendly cupcake which he loved but couldn't let him eat all of it as Im sure he would have been sick all night if I did! We also took him for a lovely walk along the seafront which is all of our favs.

Someone looks super happy (He hated his party hat haha)

Best day of his life right there!

Happy Birthday Mikes!

Happy birthday to the best person I know! You are the most sensitive, generous, kind and thoughtful man I have ever met. Although we bicker over the most ridiculous things, but hey what couple's don't. Nonetheless I would be lost without you. It doesn't seem that long ago we were celebrating your 18th Birthday, my gosh how time flys you old man, Ha! I cannot believe your 27 but they do say time flys when your having fun ;)

Anyway thank you for just being you and being the best human daddy to our little fur baby! We both love you a whole lot!

Snippets of Christmas

Merry Christmas..... Everyone!

Mikes was very lucky to have a full stocking, me not so much.......

Doug HATES this reindeer costume so much ha but he looks so funny, couldn't resist.

This little monkey wanted to go back to bed! Far too early.

Doug needed a little hand with the unwrapping but was very pleased with his sausages and lillys kitchen christmas gift! (yummy)

I have such an obsession with buying cards (In love with paper chase so much!) Anyway this year I bought mikes two christmas cards before seeing the star wars one which I just couldn't resist!

His poor lump shows up so much with my camera but luckly it is just a cyst which will go in time thank god I was such a worried momma!

Hope you all had a great christmas

with love

Birthday......

Its that time of the year where Im another year older.... (sobs). Its funny to think when I was in my early teens that anything above 21 was super old and that I would have children and be married by the age of 23 ha! I feel that my 20's are slipping by so fast I wish it would slow down. There is so much I still want to accomplish, but as I get older I have realised that whatever age or stage that I am in my life that I will acheive things and will do things in my own time and when I want.

Here are a few birthday treats that I got... lucky old me.

Birthday treats

Peacoat-Thewhitecompany Shoes-Boden Both Blouses-Zara Peony&Blush suede cologne-Jo Malone
Birthday Cake credit to my mother hen.

I wanted a nice relaxing birthday and thats what I got, spending it with family and stuffing our faces with lots of cake. I couldn't ask for more!

p.s I couldn't wait to tuck into my cake so couldn't get the best picture!HA

Friston Forest walks

6th December 2015

I absolutely love taking Doug here for his daily walks it is so beautiful and peaceful. I find just the same old park all the time can become really boring, whereas with Friston I can put my wellies on take my camera, put my rucksack on and make an adventure out of it! It was also the first time we took him of the lead and felt confident that he wouldn't run away! So here are a few snaps that we took.

Look at those eyes! like butter wouldn't melt

This little monkey always wants us to throw the ball but he never brings it back!

I know this picture isn't in focus but I love it! Who said pugs don't have any energy.

Mum stop taking pictures I know Im fabulous but please!
